General Shipping Policy

We take great care in packing and dispatching every order as quickly and accurately as possible.

Shipping Rates

We charge a flat rate of $9.90 for regular shipping on most orders across Australia.

Some locations will incur a higher shipping charge due to carrier costs. This generally applies to regional, remote and higher-cost delivery areas, including Perth, country WA, North QLD, NT, Tasmania, and other remote postcodes.

Shipping charges may also be higher for large, bulky or heavy items. These include, but are not limited to:

  • large trampolines

  • other oversized products

Shipping for these items is calculated separately based on the size, weight and destination postcode.

Shipping Carriers

  • Items under 20kg and under 105cm in length are generally sent via Australia Post

  • Larger or bulky items are generally sent via TOLL

Order Processing

Orders are processed promptly after payment is received, so please take care when entering your shipping address at checkout. Once an order has been placed, we are generally unable to change the delivery address.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Dispatch Timeframes

We dispatch orders daily, excluding public holidays and any weekend or closure periods observed by our shipping partners.

Orders are usually shipped in the order they are received. While most orders are dispatched quickly, additional processing time may occasionally be required for reasons including:

  • backorders

  • special-order items

  • temporary stock shortages

  • oversized freight arrangements

  • international orders

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery timeframes are:

  • Sydney: 1–3 business days

  • Regional NSW, Melbourne, Brisbane: 2–4 business days

  • Regional VIC, Regional QLD, SA, Tasmania, Adelaide: 2–5 business days

  • Perth: 4–6 business days

  • Regional WA and NT: 4–8 business days

Please note these are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier volumes, weather events, and remote-area servicing schedules.
