Returns & Refunds
If you would like to return an item, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unassembled, and in brand new condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
After 30 days from delivery, products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Returned items must be packed carefully. If an item is received by Little Nation in a damaged condition due to inadequate or negligent packaging by the customer, we may be unable to issue a refund.
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact our customer support team. We are happy to review the situation and help where we can.
Damaged Items
If your item arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact Us form and include:

photos of the damaged item

photos of the damaged packaging

a photo of the shipping label
This will help us assess the issue quickly and assist you as efficiently as possible.
Important Before Assembly
All products must be inspected for damage before assembly.
If you notice any damage, do not assemble the item. We are unable to accept returns for damaged items that have already been assembled and used.
